We don’t promise 100%, because faces differ. Light usually sneaks in at the nose, so press the flap in along the sides of your nose to close the gap. If you still see light after following the fit guide, email us and we’ll help you get the fit right.

The cups sit around your eyes, not on them. They curve away from your eyelids, so they don’t rest on them when the mask is fitted. If anything touches, slide the mask up slightly.

The moulded cups are shaped to sit around your eyes, which gives lashes room to blink. If your lashes brush the foam, slide the mask up slightly so they sit in the deepest part of the cup. Follow your lash artist’s aftercare advice too.

It’s one size for adults. The strap is about 65 cm end to end (the supplier’s stated size) and the hook-and-loop fastening lets you adjust it to fit most adult heads. Not sure? Email us before ordering.

No. Take your glasses off first; the mask isn’t designed to fit over them.

It’s a soft knit fabric over moulded foam cups, with a soft elastic strap and a hook-and-loop fastening. There’s no silk, cotton or bamboo, and you can hand wash it.

Hand wash it cold with a little mild soap and squeeze gently, without wringing. Rinse, press the water out in a towel and air-dry it flat in the shade. No machine, dryer, iron or bleach.

A flat mask lays fabric across your eyelids and usually leaves gaps beside the nose. Sunsnub is moulded: the cups curve away from your eyes and the nose flap closes the gap.

No. It’s a light-blocking eye mask for adults. It isn’t a medical device, it isn’t intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and we don’t make health claims. What we stand behind is how it fits and how well it blocks light. For any health concern, please talk to your GP or doctor.

It’s designed for adults and isn’t a toy. Please keep it away from small children.

We dispatch within 1–3 business days and email you tracking. Delivery is estimated at 5–15 business days after dispatch. That estimate comes from our shipping partner’s written transit times and our own tracked test parcels.Tracking can take 3–5 business days to show movement, which is normal.

No. No import duty or GST is collected at the border on Australian parcels under A$1,000, and for the US we prepay duties and customs fees. If a carrier ever asks you for money on a Sunsnub parcel, please contact us before paying. If you’ve already paid, send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you in full.

Yes, if you email us within 12 hours of ordering, before it’s dispatched. Once it ships we can’t redirect the parcel, so please double-check your address at checkout.

Faulty, damaged, wrong or not-as-described items are always replaced or refunded, and we pay any return postage. For hygiene reasons we don’t accept change-of-mind returns on worn masks. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You can return an unworn mask within 30 days of delivery, at your own postage cost.

At launch both masks are black.

We can’t add notes or gift wrap, and the parcel comes in plain shipping packaging. If you’re sending it straight to someone, the outer label may show a declared value for customs. Ask us and we’ll email you a free printable gift note, a card saying your gift is on its way.
