Fit guide
One size for adults. The hook-and-loop strap adjusts to fit most adult heads. Measure just above your ears; if you’re outside that range, email us before ordering.
- Strap high. Put the strap above your ears, high on the back of your head.
- Centre the cups. Centre a cup over each eye and blink. Your lashes should have room to move.

Hygiene & returns
For hygiene reasons we don’t accept change-of-mind returns on worn masks. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: faulty or not-as-described items are replaced or refunded, and we pay return postage.
Faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described? We’ll replace or refund it and pay any return postage. Usually you won’t need to send anything back.
Unworn masks: you can return an unworn mask within 30 days of delivery, at your own postage cost.

Fit guide
Fit it in 10 seconds.
One size for adults. The hook-and-loop strap adjusts to fit most adult heads. Not sure? Measure around your head just above your ears with a soft tape measure, or with string and a ruler.

Step 1
Strap high.
Put the strap above your ears, high on the back of your head.
Just above the bump at the back of your skull. That bump is what stops the mask sliding when you turn.

Step 2
Centre the cups.
Centre a cup over each eye and blink. Your lashes should have room to move.

Step 3
Seal the nose.
Press the nose flap in along the sides of your nose with your fingertips.
This is where most light sneaks in.

Step 4
Snug, not tight.
Tighten the strap until the mask stays put when you turn your head.
If you feel pressure at your temples, or see a red mark after you take it off, loosen it a notch.
Quick fixes
Light at the nose or along the bottom edge: press the nose flap again and tilt the mask down a few millimetres so the lower edge rests on your cheekbones.
Light at the top: move the strap slightly lower at the back of your head.
Lashes or extensions touching: slide the mask up a little so your lashes sit in the deepest part of each cup.
Hair: run the strap above a low ponytail or below a high bun. Loose hair under the strap can lift it.
Glasses: take them off. The mask isn’t designed to go over glasses.
Night skincare: let creams and oils soak in for a few minutes first, and wash the mask more often.
New-foam smell: air the mask out for 24 hours.

The mask
Does it block all light?
We don’t promise 100%, because faces differ. Light usually sneaks in at the nose, so press the flap in along the sides of your nose to close the gap. If you still see light after following the fit guide, email us and we’ll help you get the fit right.
Will it press on my eyes?
The cups sit around your eyes, not on them. They curve away from your eyelids, so they don’t rest on them when the mask is fitted. If anything touches, slide the mask up slightly.
I have lash extensions. Will it squash them?
The moulded cups are shaped to sit around your eyes, which gives lashes room to blink. If your lashes brush the foam, slide the mask up slightly so they sit in the deepest part of the cup. Follow your lash artist’s aftercare advice too.
Will it fit my head?
It’s one size for adults. The strap is about 65 cm end to end (the supplier’s stated size) and the hook-and-loop fastening lets you adjust it to fit most adult heads. Not sure? Email us before ordering.
What’s it made of?
It’s a soft knit fabric over moulded foam cups, with a soft elastic strap and a hook-and-loop fastening. There’s no silk, cotton or bamboo, and you can hand wash it.
